Privacy Policy

Effective 17 October 2026

Personal Assistant Local LLM ("the app") is a private application used only by its developer and members of the developer's household. This policy explains what Google user data the app accesses and what it does with that data.

Data the app accesses

With your permission through Google's sign-in screen, the app requests:

How the data is used

Google user data is used only to provide the features you see in the app: summaries, calendar suggestions and the events you approve. It is not used for advertising, it is not sold, and it is not used to train any general-purpose AI model.

Where the data is processed and stored

Everything runs on a computer owned and controlled by the app's user. Email and calendar data is processed by a language model running on that same computer and is never sent to a cloud AI service. The app stores only what it needs, such as summaries, suggested events and a record of what you approved, in a local database on that computer. Access tokens are kept in a file only the owner's account can read.

Sharing

Google user data is not shared with, transferred to, or sold to any third party. The only outside service the app talks to is Google itself, through Google's official APIs.

Keeping and deleting data

Stored summaries and suggestions are kept until you delete them, and deleting the app's local database removes them. You can cut off the app's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Once access is removed, the app can no longer read or change any Google data.

Google API Services User Data Policy

The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
